    It's been awhile since I've received a controller in replacement of one that I bought that's not even 6 month old I've track my order I'll get no updates or nothing from this place what is the deal is it that hard to ship out of new controller .
    I get the virus had a lot to do with stuff the coronavirus but you could at least let somebody know something to an email it's not that hard I hope to receive a new controller soon thanks this is very inconvenient for me

    It would probably be wise to remove your order number from this post, for the sake of privacy. I don't think anybody on the forums can give you an update on your controller replacement unfortunately, you'd have to contact Xbox Support directly for that.

    Keep in mind while your issue is very important to you keep in mind there are alot of requests going on with limited resources. Things will take more time but you can definitely check with your status with the support team.
