    Controller repair automatic cancellation


    My elite controller 2 has been sent back to be repaired.
    It says online you have 30 days or the order gets automatically cancelled. I have roughly a week left and the page hasnt been been updated saying they have received it.
    I have tried getting hold of support but they have made it all but impossible to speak to a live agent or get a call.

    Is there anyway i can extend this timer or get hold of a human to actually help?

    You'll need to contact support. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work for me.
