    Hallo,

    Ich habe heute einen Panasonic Fernseher an meine Xbox360 angeschlossen. Nun habe ich das Problem das der Controller bei zum Beispiel Netflix sehr spät oder gar nicht reagiert. In Hauptmenü oder im Quickguide funktionier alles so wie es ein sollte.

    Muss ich da noch was einstellen wegen dem HDMI Anschluss oder hat da jemand sonst eine Idee?

    I connected a Panasonic TV to my Xbox360 today. Now I have the Problem that the Controller Reacts to Netflix, for Example, Very late or not at all. In the Main Menu or in the Quick Guide everything works as it should.

    Do I have to set something else because of the HDMI Connection or does anyone else have an Idea?

    Nach deinstallieren und erneutes installieren besteht das Problem weiter...die App "Netflix" ist die einzige die dieses Problem aufweißt. Sehr späte Reaktion der controllereingabe.

    Hi there!

    I'm sorry that nothing has helped so far. I recommend trying to roll back the system update and download it again.

    To reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:

    1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
    2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
      1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
      2. Go to settings and select System.
      3. Select Storage.
      4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

    Let us know if the problem continues.

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with your Xbox 360 controller delaying when trying to control within Netflix. I recommend you try Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Netflix App itself
    from your storage settings. you just go to Settings>System>Storage>All Devices> Games & Apps> Netflix> Delete. Then just reinstall it from the App search.

    Hope this helps give it a try and let us know with a reply.

    Netflix Problembehandlubg durchgeführt jedoch ohne Erfolg. Systemcache gelöscht. Keine Besserung. Einstellung des Fernsehers auf werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Alles ohne Erfolg. Langsam werde ich ratlos. Was kann es denn sein. Ich denke auch weniger
    das es an der App selbst liegt da es auf dem alten Fernseher funktionierte.
