Controller reaction and response

i wouldn't know the exact terms to describe or whatever functions they actually are... but in my experience the Xbox One controller (mainly the control sticks) are kind of blocky and awkward and do not have a very smooth motion to them. i feel like this
has an effect of accurate aiming and movement in game.

i'm a big Gears of War and Halo player and anyone and everyone who plays these games knows that movement and precision (like most shooters) are crucial.

maybe Xbox could introduce some sort of adapter for 360 controllers and if its possible maybe even original Xbox controllers. or a tweak of the One controller would be fine to. Wither way so far i feel like the One controller to reaction, like i said specifically
the thumb sticks, could use improvement.

also i would add modification to make the bumpers and triggers smaller or something as their size and shape gives them weird areas of pressure in order to ensure the button clicks or pulls and stuff like that.

thats how i feel at least and I've seen and heard others feeling the same way

* i will note that some of my experience is related to the Master Chief Collection and i think the frame rate change has something to do with it..

So I'm on Xenoverse 2 and a kid gets beat by me in versus fair and square. He later messages me saying I have no skill and ranting on about how I can't be good at the game along with others that play like me. I was immature enough to get impatient with him
by using profanity once or twice every time to get him to stop bothering me. (We've all been there.) A little bit after I get communication banned and he sends me this long snarkysnarly remark and stops messaging me back. That's when I realized he wanted me
communication banned for defending myself rather than blocking or muting him. And the funny part is he doesn't get banned himself for up and harassing me over a GAME. Heak, the first time I got banned, it was because my little brother was harassing people
on Xbox, yet this kid gets off scotch free when he does it because he censored himself when he came to mess with me. The point is, it was hypocritical how two are violating code of conduct in their own way, yet the one being messaged and subtly harassed is
the only one banned. I'd like to hear how any of you got banned unjustly and how Microsoft chose to respond to their policies being easily abused.

But you didn't get suspended unjustly.You admit to using profanity which is against the ToU/CoC.

Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the rules you risk enforcement action on your account.People know this & will quite often try & provoke someone into sending a abusive reply just to report them.It's always best to just
report & block anyone sending abusive messages over live.

Every so often you may get a thank you message from the enforcement team if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you filed but this is very rare.Other than that you will not know whether someone is suspended due to a report you filed or not.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see info on any suspension you have & file for a case review if eligible.
