Controller randomly disconnecting (multiple controllers)

Recently all of my controllers randomly disconnect from my consol . I've taken all the "troubleshooting" steps, but to no avail. This is happening with multiple controllers. And at this point the only way to avoid this is to connect with a USB.

Anyone know of a way to fix this? I see alot of folks have this issue, yet xbox has yet to acknowledge this as a "known issue".

When you play, do you typically have something in front of the xbox, anything that’s in front of it could be breaking the connection between the xbox and your controller.

Not at all. This recently started happening bout 24-48 hours ago.

I'm amazed there hasn't at least been s firmware update to fix this.

Hi Damain,

Thanks for the updates on your issue. This is a weird question but can affect it. Is your console plugged into a urge protector or ex. cord? If so try plugging the console directly into the a wall outlet. Reason for this, if the surge or ext. cord are going
bad there is no way to tell. So if the console isn't getting the correct power it will start shutting down other things to get the power needed.

Try this and let us know.

your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.
