Controller quality, or lack of... Rewards program.

Quality of the new XBOX One controllers vs. the 360's is pathetic.

The stem on two of my controller has chipped and is now seemingly useless for play. After just a year of use.

Compared to my 360 controller thats still playable from 2008... Tried contacting XBOX support prior, no success.

Other issues with Rewards sign in.

My X1 controller was squeaky the left bind would move around lack of quality control and the low quality of plastic really ruin the "$500" feel.

 

Do you guys remember the crome controllers for getting gamerscore?, did anyonne actally get theirs?

There was never an offer to receive controllers for earning a certain gamerscore. You're thinking of when the VIP program for the Rewards program was based on gamerscore. Each tier level was represented by an image of a chrome controller trophy on the Rewards
site. They were just images and not an actual controller you could earn.

yea send in for repair so microsoft can get more money, and u will haxe to buy another controller in 3 months

but about same response umm the forums answers are basically the same, link to troubleshooting page if not hard reset, and if not send in for repair. but i'll try to. i just know would hate to have ur job covering for Microsoft.
