    Hi.

    very Xbox one x controller, the one that came with the console seems to have a port problem while plugged in to charge. It loses connection just after a simple move or lift. It's been like that since day 1. My recon controller does not have the problem.
    please advice

    I have a plug in controller, and it is acting up. My Xbox is sitting flat, and when I plug the controller into the first
    slot, it goes crazy. If I plug it into the second slot, it seems fine. Anyone else, ever have this problem? What can I do to fix the problem?

    Controller updated still asks me to update

    So every time I plug my headset in turtle beach xo7 it tells me to update my controller but will not update. If I I plug headset and try to do update it says it was already updated. Also when I turn my controller on if the headset is plugged in it locks
    up. Any ideas or similar problems??

    Yes. It is not the cable. It works ok with my other controller.

    Tried to update Xbox One controller - Failed, never turned back on

    The problem is, when I plug in my controller via USB, the controller still doesn't turn on (without batteries). I try to go to the update screen with another controller then plug it in, and it says there is no controller plugged in.

    are you using the same battery pack on the each controller when the problem arises?

    -

    if you have a plug and play cable try plugging in the controller without the battery pack attached,this will show you if there is a problem with the pack or the controller.

    -

    if the problem is still there when using a cable and is the same on all controllers then it will be a console problem.

    Xbox One PDP Prismatic Afterglow USB controller has buzzing sound transmitting over mic

    to fix the problem with all wired controllers, simply unplug the mic and controller, then plug the MIC in first, then plug the controller back in. Worked for me. Hopefully it works for you.
