    Hi, My controller seems like its stuck on go right....like if you were holding down the right curser on a keyboard. Any ideas to help ? or should I take back (its only a few months old). TIA

    Xbox Live Adapter keeps switching off and on or loses connection randomly

    Yeah just charging up my controller while playing online was causing it.

    Very weird controller issue

    My controller has been going nuts while playing Middle Earth Shadows of Modor. My controller constantly pulls me out the game to the menu, or brings up the console/controller off menu, the record clip menu among others. When I am not hitting and buttons
    to bring up them up. It works fine when I am playing COD but goes completely nuts when playing this game. Anyone have any help I am out of options I don't know what to do!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hey Chris,

    Sorry to hear of your issue. Have you tried accessing your restrictions page in the account settings section of your microsoft profile on the Microsoft Website?

    You could try to get your parents to log in over the browser and remove your restrictions through the website directly rather than through the console.

    Support     at https://support.xbox.com

    See thats the problem, on the restrictions page it says that I don't have any restrictions on but clearly my xbox is saying otherwise :/ I've contacted the microsoft team and they're working on it so we'll see haha,
