Controller Periodically Disconnects

its not your controller thats the problem, its a software issue on xbox,

i used 3 controllers same result, one was a relatives and hes never had a disconnect until he used it on mine,

 

i bought a new xbox one serveral weeks ago and the disconnecting issue is a major problem. in game it says please reconnect controller for 2 seconds and then you can go further. this is not a controller problem. microsoft need to fix this .

 

we are all coming to this conclusion. hope we get heard and its resloved. if it is we will be happy and then microsoft will be happy cos they wont have to listen to us allways complain all the time

So wait a min? Theres the option to repair or replace when creating a service request/repair order? I didn't see that anywhere, maybe I just missed it, but I sent my out of warranty (by 4 days.....) console in to fix the blu Ray drive not reading discs
(also widespread problem...) and the random controller disconnects. I received an email stating MS received the console and that they would process my service request and send a replacement console as soon as possible. How do I get my console back repaired
and not some other refurbished one with new problems?...

 

I did the new update of the console from december 9. Fingers crossed

 

I get my console back tomorrow,,,,well, a refurbished one. I asked for my original back with repaired blu Ray drive (wasn't reading some new discs) and controller disconnects fixed; but they said the service warranted a replacement... Crossing my fingers
this replacement is ok...

 

Maybe its time to start a letter writing campaign to get this issue fixed properly: I'm an unhappy consumer when I have to pay shipping & be w/o gaming to fix a MS problem!!
