    Controller occasionally disconnects on startup of Netflix/Amazon


    The problem I am having is on startup of some apps (like Netflix and Amazon Prime) - the connector stops working. If I turn controller off and then back on - it works again. Once it is working - it continues to work fine for that app.

    Ever since last update, 2 different X360's get spinning circle

    I'm getting this occasional (Xbox 360 Arcade Edition) after signing in on startup. If you play around with the controller Mac stick it will occasionally whoop. Going elsewhere via the mini dashboard works.

    Is the Play and Charge Kit available already?

    i have a charge/play kit. i have yet to unplug it tho... i play it connected. the cord is a decent legth and you would be suprised how often you need to disconnect it.

    with apps like netflix,hulu,amazon ect ect... smartglass works suprisingly nice and all the 360 bugs seem to be fixed. only time i really use my controller in in game.

    Yes, you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime & Hulu on the Xbox. You will need the controller to do it, unless you purchase a remote control specifically for the Xbox

    Is this happening in all games or just certain games?

    Is it just you getting disconnected or are other members also?

    Are you plugging in or disconnecting a wired controller when it happens?

    If a wireless controller, is the battery low?

    (This also happens to friends in parties occasionally in Rainbow Six Siege).

    Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Issues (works wired but not over bluetooth)

    Got and setup the wireless adapter and it worked generally well though the controller would still occasionally disconnect. Going to try a couple more things but holy cow what a disappointment for such an expensive controller.
