controller not working properly

So for some reason one of my controllers has decided not to work properly and I have no idea how to fix it, I can't find anybody else who's ever had this problem....the x, a and b button all do the same thing now. It used to happen rarely but now it's every
single time it's turned on. Every other button works perfect and none are sticking...please help me!

I've read that Xbox controllers almost always fail after 3 months in some way or another. It's extreamly hard to find one that isn't messed up somehow. All 3 of my controllers have something called "Slow-Turn" Has anyone else heard of this?

i have a wireless controller that the right analog stick just doesnt register the up portion. it just registers the down portion and messes up my game i play. the thing is i cleaned it the night before and it was working fine until it went haywire the same
night. when it first did it, the controller kept disconnecting then it finally connected, and when i played FFXIII, the camera kept pointing at the sky where i was at. i need to know what to do for this situation.

Is it during a game that you are having these issues or is it at any point that the Xbox is on?

 

Any point the Xbox is on, all three buttons perform the back function i.e playing MW3 b button is still back and crouch, but a and x are also back and crouch, as well as that the x button still works as x but performs b functions too, so in survival mode
I can't buy ammo or weapons but I can send money to the person I'm playing with
