Controller not working properly FH4

Hey there! I have already talked with both FH4 support and microsoft support previously about this issue... What happens is that my Xbox one controller is not working properly in FH4... It works fine in the beginning where i can do everything without an
issue, but after a while it starts to not recognize the buttons pressed on menu and after while playing it keeps acceleratin, like stuck, or doesnt turn when turning the joystick, etc... This makes it impossible to play with the controller... If at anytime
i start using the keyboard it works great...

Since i already contacted both supports, i was told to do a few things, and after those did not work, i was told to reinstall the game... I completely wiped the PC, installed a new windows (not because of this issue), and got my computer cleaned up, like
new... Now while playing this issue keeps happening... Can i get some help?

I know your on PC but awhile ago I had to run the controller update on my console
every time I turned it on, even tho it reported "up to date". This is no longer the case with the update I have now.

Try running the update again, even if it reports "up to date", and use a uSB cable when you check for update.

I've had this issue since fh4 release for pc, seems to be primarily an issue for version one consoles (pre-xbox one s era controllers). None of them have ever seemed to work for me on PC. I had this issue with both my xbox controllers and now my brother
is having same issue too. Cant for the life of me remember if I fixed it or just used my ps4 controller. (I'm using a special edition xbox one s conteoller now that works fine). Its seemingly not a 1 controller issue, moreso the first version xbox one controllers
back with the glossy plastic area of controller with xbox button was separate from front plate on new ones.

Still an oversight and again like you support couldn't fix. I have a hard time believing the hardware is issue and xbox seemingly doesnt care to fix said issue on the older controllers. Especially when itll work fine for 5-15 minutes then get stuck

Well if the support couldn't help you than thisnproblem gpes deeper down to the controler mainboard it could be that it shorted it self somehow which is the worst case scenario, did yu try it on tpher games to see ifnit works? Do you have a second controller
to check if it acts the same? Try tp hardbopt your system and reconnect the controller to it.
