    Controller not updating, gets stuck at 100% and never changes


    As the title says, I need to update this controller because my other one broke, this one is a little older that needs an update, everytime i update it with my adapter it tells me "Updating controller..." Then says the progress bar is full with 100%, this
    will stay like this for as long as i leave it, i have done a hard reset, tried taking the batteries out of my controller and even tried updating with no plug. Nothing works, help me please.

    Stuck on 100% updating controller

    I purchased a xo one turtle beach headset today and I had to update the controller. Well it gets to 100% and just stays there.. the only thing on the screen that it says is updateinng controller and has been there for over an hour... have tried restarting
    the console and it Just does the same thing again

    Try restarting you internet and then do a hard reset on your console with the controller plugged in

    Hey there, Born to Mine!

    So if that none of the previously posted information helped out, I'd try referring to the page titled

    Troubleshoot update issues with your Xbox One Controller     on our site.

    That should help you out but if doesn't and you want to speak to an agent, try going to
    Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support , choose your model of Xbox, and skip the virtual agent and if it's available, you should be able to request a callback so that you can speak to one.

    Give those steps a try and let us know how that helped with the issue

    Going to agree with Leo here. Unfortunately, lately, anytime there's a patch or update with MW, for whatever reason (s) there's issues. Either the patch won't finish, multiplayer isn't installed, etc etc. While I hate to recommend deleting and reinstalling
    the game due to the massive size, in 9 out of 10 cases that works. It basically seems like stuff isn't downloading properly or glitching on transfer and a fresh install works. Sorry I can't give ya a better answer or a workaround but that's the best option

    Cancel the update, then do it again. It's frustrating, but this should fix it.
