    Controller not syncing with console


    Xbox Series S, all update on.

    Good afternoon, I turn on the console with the button on the gamepad, after 7-10 seconds the gamepad disconnects from the console, starts blinking slowly. After a short time, the gamepad reconnects exactly for 7-10 seconds and disconnects from the console again.

    Through forced synchronization (buttons on the gamepad and console), it does not always work, only if I reboot the console a couple of times.

    What should I do, could you give me advise how to try solve this issue?

    The console and gamepad are updated, the batteries are new. It doesn't matter if the gamepad is wired or not.

    Sync the Controller:
    To sync a wireless controller with your Xbox, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on.
    Press and hold the small sync button on the front of the Xbox Series X console (located near the USB port).
    While holding the sync button on the console, press and hold the sync button on the controller (located on the top near the Xbox button).
    Release both sync buttons when the controller's Xbox button starts flashing. The controller should now be synced with the console.

    Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
    controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!

    Controller Problems

    Have you tried syncing the controller to the console? Hold the sync button on the front of the controller and the sync button on the console (on the left side just before the usb) until the light on the controller syncs.

    If that doesn't work then try heading over to Settings>System and update the controller to see if that helps.

    While the controller is flashing, press the sync button on both the controller and console to re-sync the connection. Try this while the controller is wired to the console with a USB cord.
