Controller not respond and automaticly scroll back issue

Thanks, i unplugged the power cable for over 10 seconds, and i would try to reconnect and bind the controller just to be sure and maby that would prevent the issue to happen again. Next time i could also try to restart the console if it happens again.

Anyone here have heard about this wierd issue before?

Could the issue be on the console or just the controller you think?

I notice my kid have a table made of steel in the same height as the table where the consoles stand, dont know if that could have anything to do with it?

that could have an effect on the wireless signal from the controller. any large metal object can shield/block the signal, so it is worth moving the table if possible

if there is a fix for your controller problem or to arrange for a repair/replacement (if it is under warranty)

Have you tried this? If that not help try power cycle console described here on the bottom of the page.
