Discus and support Controller not letting me connect to do update.; in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried everyway possible to turn my controller on after it is blinking all the time also I've tried to do the firmware update but its not letting...     Controller not letting me connect to do update.;


    I have tried everyway possible to turn my controller on after it is blinking all the time also I've tried to do the firmware update but its not letting me because my controller wouldn't connect to my Xbox.. can someone help me figure out ALSO: its doing
    the same thing with my other controllers!!

    let me start again I tried connecting controller via usb cable but it wont sync I googled the problem and apparently the solution is to update the controller but im unable to do so because my xbox is not connected to internet even through ethernet cable
    im not sure why .

    without working controller I cant connect to wifi and without wifi I cant update my controller so basically I cannot do anything

    I can hear my friends but they can't hear me.

    Try these steps:

    * Connect your headset to the Turtle Beach Audio Hub to update

    * Charge your headset

    * Update your controller.

    Please let me know if this helps!

    System update stopped error

    Yea I have tried manually doing the update. Also when I power it up it does the update screen and won't let me do anything like go to the dashboard or connect to the controller. When I press the sync button the lights go in a circle then when I press the
    sync button on the console or the pad the green ring flashes then the pad doesn't connect.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the controller. Let me make sure I understand, the controller connects fine while wired. But, it will not connect when wireless? Have you tried to

    update the controller    ? Also, which device are you on, an Xbox console or PC?
