    Controller not connecting via wifi anymore


    Hello

    I have a Xbox One controller and the wifi receiver. It used to work perfectly, but recently I connected with a cable, and since then the controller never linked with the receiver anymore.

    A second problem is, I have a Xbox 360 controller, but I never managed to connect it to the pc, neither wifi or cable. Any thoughts?

    Can't connect my controller.

    Try connecting you controller to the console via USB. If it works fine then you know you have a faulty WiFi Tx/Rx in either your console or your controller. If it doesn't work when connected via USB, then you know it's definitely then controller that's faulty.

    Thanks. Is your console wired or connected to wifi? Either way, if its connected via wifi, try wired and if its wired, try connecting via wifi.

    Also, you may want to try connecting your console to mobile hotspot from a different device. Then long press the Xbox button on your controller > Turn off.

    Then try it connecting to it again on Xbox app.
