controller not being able to update

Discus and support controller not being able to update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; im trying to update my controller and every usb cable ive used it keeps showing up that the controller isnt connected when it is... any way to fix this...     im trying to update my controller and every usb cable ive used it keeps showing up that the controller isnt connected when it is... any way to fix this problem?

    ive already pull battery pack and restarted console numerous of times

    Not being able to connect

    This is a common issue. And the best way to resolve this is to Delete your profile off your console then redownload it after..

    How to:

    Go to Settings>System>Storage>Hard Drive> Gamer Profile

    Look for your gamertag then delete it. Also make sure to delete profile only!

    After deleting your profile. Press on your guide button(Xbox Logo) Then select Download Profile

    You should be able to connect afterwards. controller not being able to update :)

    You may also try clearing your system cache

    Go to Settings>System>Storage>Highlight Hard Drive then press Y

    After select Clear system cache

    Not being able to broadcast

    I haven't been able to broadcast on my XBox One and keep getting a error code, I've read a couple articles and it says its because of the age limit on your account, is there any way to change your age on the XBox One or is there a different solution to broadcast?

    Xbox wireless controller will not work unless plugged in

    If it is already updated (or you updated it and it is still not working), probably your controller is faulty. Maybe it is not being able to use the battery charge correctly.

    Are you able to test it on other console to see if has the same issue?

    I have updated my controler. I have tried multiple controllers. Multiple headsets, a hard reset nothing has solved this issue of not being able to chat

    Console sensitivity Xbox Series X

    I had a third controller that I used primarily on my PC that has not been updated. Connected it to the series x and have no issues at all. Seems the latest controller firmware is a bust. I can use my old controller for the time being. Won't be able to use the two other controllers until a new firmware update rolls outs and pray it fixes the issue. Thanks for the help.
