Controller missing

I need help with this my controller was broken ( it's under warranty) I raised a repair and sent it back to microsoft via UPS with the label provided. The parcel has gone missing and a claim has been raised at UPS to refund the value to Microsoft. What
happens now with me though? I can't get a contact number to speak to anyone to see whether I will get a new controller and how long this will take. I'm without one at the moment and can't game at all.

It's ok I just clicked on one of the other options available for a completely different problem but hopefully that will get me through to someone that can help, thanks for replying

Thanks but when I go to the support and put in that my problem is to do with hardware then warranty and repairs it tells me phone and chat is not available for this? Do you have any idea what to do? TIA

Change the category to Accessories
