controller messed up with no physical damage

my xbox series x wireless controller analog sticks messed up and are always inputting down and to the right i havent dropped the controller or anything there are no signs of damage its just always inputting down and the right ive tested it on two different windows computers and its doing the same thing on both neither of them are loose/wiggly

trying to find out if theres a way to fix it because i bought the controller just a few months ago and its already unusable

Really sorry to hear about the controller troubles. Unfortunately physical damage like that isn't covered under warranty. Your best option would be to set up a replacement for your controller.

Is there any physical damage done to your controller? If so you might have to request a repair.

Also, is your controller up to date? Is this happening to more than one of your controllers? If so try power cycling your console.

The only time controller are repaired is if they are under warranty and don't have physical damage. Unfortunately, all you can do is replace the controller.
