    Controller Mapping


    I have a battle beavers controller made with remapping chip. About 1 day ago, my controller decided to sync Dpad-Left and LB. Had controller for about 3 months no issues.

    So every time I press either of them it acts as LB. Cant remap on settings, reseting xbox doesnt work, updating controller did not work, BattleBeavers remap mode doesnt work. Anyone else have similar or same problem? Photos attached to show what im talking
    about. Need assistance please.

    Do you have a normal controller or Elite controller?

    As far as I know, it's a regular one, it's got no extra paddles or hair triggers, it's white and has the headphone jack.

    Hi Zak,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We understand this is frustrating but thank you for your efforts in trying to resolve this situation. So from my understand you are using a 1st party standard controller and the d-pad is not working properly?

    I would suggest trying to clean the controller and if that doesn't work then you may need to send the controller in for service. The warranty for controllers is 90 days for the standard controllers.
