    Controller LT trouble


    hello im a new poster,

    Recently my LT on my controller has started working when it wants too basicly. Sometimes when playing games it just stays on without me touching it and sometimes it doesnt.

    Reallly annoying and just wondering could anyone have an answer for this? Thank you.

    i am also having this trouble and i no how anoying it is mines stuck on round 24 i got to round 30 yesterday its just not fair can i ask you which map your having trouble with at the moment mine is assension <<<< sorry for the bad spelling

    Hi Marionette,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Actually, our Elite controllers have a full 1-year (12 months) warranty, unlike our other controllers. If you're Elite controller is acting strange, then you can try the following
    in regards to troubleshooting:

    Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution <<< to troubleshoot button issues, etc.

    All about the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller <<< has all applicable scenarios

    If you've been troubleshooting, but the issues seem to remain (and you haven't had the controller that long), I'd recommend you request
    a controller replacement    .

    Syncing controllers

    Can you plug the wire into your controller and then go to My Games and Apps < Apps < Xbox Accessories < Under your controller press the three dots (...) then press firmware version then update now.

    If that doesn't work please let me know.
