Controller losing connection

Numerous of times my controller loses its connection out of nowhere and makes my player in any game such as my game today in titanfall my player twirled around in circles and a buzzing noise came out of my tv during this problem and it completely disconnects
which is very annoying ever since the update its been happening more and more this needs to get fixed along with the unreadable disc issue since the update and all minor bugs. Fix the little problems to make this system the best don't try to make more apps
and what not to compete there are many aggrivated users cause of all of these minor problems!

over the past couple months, my controllers keep losing connection- they are less than 1 year old. it was really bad, cleared up, then has started again. bought a new controller and it still has been happening with the new controller but not as frequently
as the other 2 controllers. both triggers on one controller stopped working but only one trigger would not work at a time- never both at once so i thought maybe the controllers were shot which is why i bought a new controller. batteries are good and this
issue did not happen at all in the first 6 months of xbox use. there are no new electronic devices around the xbox. do i have an issue with my console or a virus or maybe something else?

are you using the same battery pack on the each controller when the problem arises?

if you have a plug and play cable try plugging in the controller without the battery pack attached,this will show you if there is a problem with the pack or the controller.

if the problem is still there when using a cable and is the same on all controllers then it will be a console problem.

 

i have the same problem but what it happens i have to take the battery out and put it back because the controllers light stays on, and if i have the play n charge cable in i have to unplug that also, but i noticed it only really happens if i cover my kinect
camera/the 3 red dots on kinect

 

Only ever had this happen in Titanfall. I just turn it off and back on again and it seems to resolve the issue. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

 

Try this to see if it helps with your controlling loser sync.

Eject any disks in the console.

Hold down the Xbox logo on the front of the console for 5 to 6 seconds until it beeps and turns off.

After it is powered off, unplug the power from the back of the console itself. Wait 10-20 seconds. Plug the console back in and power it back up.

Re-sync your controller and continue playing.

 

that will not help zero, i do hard restarts all the time, if it does have any effect it would most likely only be for a few hours to days, it happened in my FPS games, and even recently while playing the new metal gear, snake kept running and i was detected...

If the controller is having an issue staying synced, it could be the controller itself. The Kinect's IR is also able to sync the controller and if it is covered this may prevent the controller from re-syncing itself through the Kinect. If it happens when
the Kinect is covered I would make sure to leave it uncovered and see if that helps. My other suggestion would be to see if it does it with another working controller or not as well.

 

This has become an issue for many people. The support team knows about it and have not released any info that I know of as to a fix. It is being discussed im the preview forums as it did not seem to start until after the console and controller updates. And
I feel your pain as I am having the issue also.

 

I feel the issue is in my controller. It has felt flimsy since I first started using it. When I grasp it I can feel the grips creak and shift. It feels like it was never put together correctly. Is this just how the new controllers feel or is mine weird?
