Controller loses audio when connecting to volcano precision steeting

1. May we know the actual name and model of the Steering Wheel you mentioned?
   
2. Kindly double check if this Steering wheel that you mentioned is for PC, then we need to update the wheel via PC.
   
3. Also, make and model of Turtle Beach headphones.

We understand that you are experiencing audio problem with your controller when connected to Volcano V series steering system. As per description, the headphone has no audio when controller is connected to this but in Xbox Series X playing F1, there is no issue.

Steering Wheel Volkano VX-136-BKRD

It is for Xbox range

Turtle Beach headphones recon 70x

unit has not worked since day 1.

All settings correct and units are compatable.

The headset works fine with only controller. But loses audio when the steering console is connected
