    Not sure where else this is being discussed or if it is at all. I've found the xbox logo on my controller to be very distracting while playing. I generally play at night and with the lights turned out. The light from my controller is actually bright enough
    to be quite a discomfort. It would be very nice if there were a way to dim or turn it off completely. Please Create a solution for this so I can peal the goofy looking duct tape off my controller.

    OK, I have seen a lot of complaints about the logo dimming. Well, I would like to keep mine permanently dimmed. It is a bright white LED and at night, the LED is very bright and distracting. Is there a way to set the light level of the logo led?

    No, there's no such setting. I'd recommend posting in the Wishlist/Feedback forums in hopes they may add such an option in the future.

    Pretty sure you can do that now. Should be found in the app you use to reconfigure your controller button layout.

    mine dips the light slightly, but this only occurs when the kinect detects the light level.

    Is the controller connected to the console? (Is the white light on the logo solid white) on your controller.
