Controller Left Trigger Pops Out

So i bought my Xbox one in January and about a month and the left trigger became loose and over time eventually it just popped out. I was forced to buy a 2nd controller after 3 months of having a Xbox. None the less 2 months later my 2nd controller the
trigger has popped out again. Ive tried putting it back in but cant get it to sit in there properly. So now i have to buy a 3rd controller not even owning it for 6 months. Has anyone experienced this or figured out a way to get the trigger back in? Everything
i can find online says that you just need to get it replaced so wondering if going to need to buy another. Having this many problems with the controllers is ridiculous really unhappy with Microsoft on this one. I had a xbox and 360 for over 10 years and
never had to replace a single controller. If anybody has any possible solutions id appreciate it. Thank you

I bought my xbox one from Redmond (Seattle) company store in feb, 2016. Since April my controlller's left trigger seems to have come out of the controller, though not fully out. I tried to connect with chat support but it won't work for me as the form before
conecting with chat support shows the first, last name as empty and not editable. I want to get this one replaced. One of my friend is visiting seattle next week, Wanted to know what is the replacement process.

You can contact any Microsoft Store about a replacement or an exchange. You can also use the repair process online to replace or repair a controller
HERE.

 

My suggestion is to not try and repair your controller yourself but to Go to the Device Support, sign in with your Microsoft account, and then select Replace an accessory to request a replacement controller:

Thanks for the response but i have tried this through that support site just says there is no offers for that product. From what i know is the warranty on controllers when you buy the console is 3 months and if it is separate from the console it is only
a month.

 

Actually your warranty rights would highly depend on where you bought the product and what region you live in.

 

Well what happened was i bought a new controller. And here we are again. a month or so later the left trigger has come out again. i bought extra protection from walmart we will need to see if they will fix it or replace it. I take perfect care of my
controller. I am te only one who uses them and am a grown man dont throw it or anything. the trigger just out of no where comes loose. I dont know if its cheaply glued in place or what and after using a bit it comes out. Im not sure how long it has been
dont have the receipt but i gotta call the warranty. Going to try some of the repair shops in town to try fix all 3 of them. But either way Microsoft. I have been die hard fan since a little kid 20+ years later you are completely letting me down I never had
these problems with the old 360 controllers. Get it together you need to improve quality. I now see why people are moving to ps3. I am going to need to get hold of a rep and get this fixed or im done with Xbox. Spending 180 on controllers in 6 months is
insane. No way am i pushing it to 240. If it was a year from now then okay id be fine with that. But please someone from Microsoft help me resolve this i dont deserve this.
