    Hi All,

    I am really posting this here as the other thread is locked and more than anything I want Microsoft to take note.

    I bought my xbox one from day one. Sat in the *** freezing cold outside a store for hours no less. All is well and just recently I update and now randomly my controller disconnects and by the time I look down from the screen its reconnected and I can press
    the A button to carry on. I now went from top to last in Forza online...great....This actually happened again last night.

    OK so the HARD faults. I bought the xbox and a second controller at the same time and all has been well till a few weeks ago. the one that came with the unit started to click when turning the left stick any direction. then it would sometimes hold. without
    touching it there was a direction signal coming from the controller, a hard wiggle around and a click later it would be back to normal for a few minutes then soon it would stick again.,This has now been nearly 11ish months of ownership.

    I started to use my new controller and within a week its got exactly the same issue, not so much sticking but clicking and lack of response, it will stick from time to time though. Two controllers dying within a week of each other....

    I have owned every xbox and never had this kind of issue before. It is very disappointing.

    controller buttons sticking

    Ive just returned x2 controllers to Microsoft for them to replace. Couldn't hack the sticky buttons anymore. Plus now the left analogue stick when pushed to the right occasionally STAYS to the right. Not good!

    They will work even worse than the left stick on that controller.

    You can ask for a replacement Day One Controller. My controller left stick was acting up to and I went on the chat and told them my issue with the controller to get me another one shipped out since it's covered with the warranty.

    I'm about to head to GAME in the morning for my second replacement for the left stick crunchy/sticking/popping fault with the plastic rattle. Not amused.

    Hi there

    I have the same issue. My day one controllers left sick got 'stuck' in one direction while playing FIFA15 so I ordered a new one and literally within a week the new one is the same. My son says that I press too hard on it, but as you say I didn't have a
    problem with the 2 xbox360 controllers we still have and use.

    I've just spoke to an advisor on chat and they said to send it back which I'm going to do.

    Does anyone know if they are making a more robust controller ? I don't fancy sending untold controllers back or having to lay out £50 for a new controller every few months. Otherwise I'll be buying a PS4 !!!

    I use manual shooting on Fifa so one time in five I'm punting the ball into some bloke's pie in the upper stand through no fault of my own.

    The route to go seems to be 'send it back and we'll eventually send another', break and repeat.

    Gentle use seems to suit them fine, seems to be the FIFA and Madden players with the most problems. Small mercy we're not getting Streetfighter or there'd be an unfair online advantage for everyone who can afford to buy a new pad per special move. It'd be
    like a status symbol; 'whoa that dude just used Hadoken, he must be loaded.'

    Controller stuck on windows

    I figured out what is making this happen. When ever my controller disconnects and the left stick is being moved at the same time the left stick gets locked even when it is unplugged. I don't know if this helps with my issue but it is just how it happens.
