Controller left stick broken

My xbox one controller's left stick is stuck in the up position however the stick still works how it is ment to on the display it is constantly pushed up. I have taken apart the controller and cleaned all if it and it has not worked. was wondering if anyone
had had this problem and knew a fix ?

Controller problem

I have just bought a halo4 limited edition controller as my other controllers left stick broke. When I plug in my play and charge kit into my halo 4 controller it doesn't work it only works when I plug in the charger. However on my controller with the
broken left stick the play and charge works fine! What's wrong is it my controller?

 

I want justification...

I'm with you on that one. I'm on my third controller, left stick broke again. Never had this with 360 controller. These controllers are not Fifa proof.

We don't recommend taking your controller apart, as it voids the warranty. Unfortunately if you're still having issues a replacement is gong to be your best option. Thanks for your understanding.

 

yes, left thumbstick break, drift.... is a very well known problem. Google it and you'll find 100's of post on this faulty part with controllers. I own 2 white lunar and 1 black one, all have left drift. I also have a 4th controller that will not turn on.

The controllers thumbsticks are junk in my opinion.

Found your post googling how to solder, trade in.....what to do after my 3rd controller left thumbstick started sticking last night.
