    Controller left side doesnt work for CloudGmaing


    Recently i tryed to connect my Controller (PS4 and Saitake) with my GalaxyS10 to play games on XBOX CloudGaming. But only the RightSide of the Controller (both) does work. They both work for other purposes and i can use them in the menue of XBOX UltimateGamePass and there it workes perfectly fine. In the moment i start a game the left side doesnt work.

    Does someone know the Problem?

    I have exactly this too. Need to try unplugging the lan cable.

    I can load apps via Alexa and the controller works fine, so i can watch Netflix and Prime.

    The home screen is still black and the side menu doesnt work. In fact the controller still navigates the app e.g. Netflix when the side menu is open.

    One of the solutions may be holding the mini reconnect button on the top side of your controller on the left side, if this doesn't work then maybe you should search the xbox website in the technical support area.

    then RIGHT SIDE +/- to adjust the Game volume

    LEFT SIDE (person icon)

    then RIGHT SIDE +/- to adjust the Chat volume

    Any chance to up that into the "April" update?
