    Hello Friends,

    XBOX Controller LB and RB buttons stating "No Previous / Next character"

    I cannot use it to move tabs in settings or use LB / RB to choose inventory in Minecraft. This is happening in all games that LB / RB is stating the same in Minecraft, Rocket League, etc.

    LB / RB buttons are responsive but has become useless as it keeps stating "No Previous / Next character".

    Pls suggest ways to resolve this. Will greatly appreciate your help.

    This is the LB RB X LB RB X thing I mentioned, maybe give it a try ?

    on the console go to settings/ system/ storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on the controller LB RB X LB RB X select yes on the next screen, the console will restart and attempt to update again.

    Hi, could you try this. Go to settings /system/storage. Highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on your controller LB RB X LB RB X select yes on the next screen, the console will reboot and attempt to update again.

    To clear the system update go to settings, system, storage. Highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on your controller, LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X
