controller lagging xbox cloud gaming on pc

I've been enjoying the could gaming on pc of some time now, since its beta release actually. I got some network lag at first, upgraded the network and card and now its fine. and had been working fine for weeks. starting two days ago, when ever the Xbox wireless controller is connected (Bluetooth and wired or in anyway really) there is an unplayable amount of lag, NOT NETWORK LAG OR INPUT LAG! I do not want to hear those even brought up because it was playing fine for weeks with the exact some settings and equipment and we are talking about trying to play crisis on a fisher price lag......BUT when I hit the Xbox button the game plays fine in the background, when its not connected it runs fine (why I HAVE TO PLAY WITH A CONTROLLER idk, would solve the whole problem but that's for another time) and it seem to be ONLY when I attempting to play the game proper. I've tried every suggestion the officials will post, if you thought of it, I've tried it. now much like the rest of us I'm so tired of getting those same three suggestion so please, is there a single person who has had this happen and has fixed it. I'm willing to upload an entire step by step video just to get some fix. a real fix. not Xbox official statement but one that actually works because I'm about to bail on Microsoft and all their products over this. its completely unacceptable that a problem persists 8 months into beta and the best they have to say is power cycle and restart. oh and the follow up of "well replace the controller then" just proves that they know what's happening but have no intention of rolling out a software update to fix it. I know I sound extra about it but I've shelled out $150 already to play on pc and it going from working perfectly to not working at all without a single answer as to why is not ok when this problem can be dating back up over a year ago. a switch would not have this problem.

This is one of the major issues with xCloud, I had the exact same issue a month ago! The thing that helped me was opening ports! Ever since I opened them my cloud games run faster and smoothly! Give it a try!

Yeh cloud. I get about 50ms on Aussie servers and still get lag. I'm starting to think this has more to do with xbox live than my connection. I have bf4 on xbox one and on PC. I have no lag issues at all on PC yet on xbox one I always experience lag. Even
on Aussie servers on both. If I experience no lag on PC then it shouldn't lag on xbox either. I get about 25 to 30ms on pc and 50 to 60ms on xbox. Shouldn't be that noticeable, but I experience huge lag on xbox for some reason. Bit strange!!

This is one of the major issues with xCloud that I hope are fixed before it is out of beta. This likely has nothing to do with your controller, but is instead just something you have to deal with when playing over a wireless connection.

I have the same input lag you’re experiencing on my iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, but do not have this issue when I play on my M1 MacBook Air that is connected to the internet through a wired connection.

Since xCloud is being heavily advertised for use on mobile devices, let’s hope Microsoft is able to fix this quickly. We’re still in a beta period here.

I've always thought it was nuts that the best that an agent of a technology company could say was to power cycle your whateveritis. we both know that's not going to do anything because we both also know that that's already been done before we got here. along with resetting, updating, checking drivers, connecting to a different device, changing ports, turning off bluetooth, repairing device, changing batteries, checking the network and restarting the program. I guess ill defrag and come back?
