  1. Controller/ Kinect Problem.

I'm having this problem where every time i turn on my Xbox 360 controller i cant communicate through my kinect. When my controller is of its completely fine. But when its on i cant hear nor speak to anyone and they cant hear me either. I know that
sounds weird but I don't know how it happened. If anyone could explain how to fix this that'd be great. Thanks.

    :)

    Chat Problem, Kinect interferences.

    Hi,

after upgrading my controller (settings, update controller). Now every time I create a group chat I hear from the kinect.

I tried to restart the console and reset the cache. Some times it works, but after a while the problem returns, I checked the settings of the kinect and I also tried to restart it but i didn't work. I hear the group chat from the kinect, this after upgrading
    the controller.

    you also have this problem?

    Hey there ImahPurpleDino!

Sorry to hear about the audio issue, let's see what we can do to get this issue sorted. Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a few steps.

Please give the following steps a try:

    • Turn off your Xbox 360 console by pressing and holding the Xbox Guide button for 3 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes.
    • Plug in your console and press the guide button on your controller to power on your console.
    • Clear the cache on Xbox 360 console.
    • To verify that your Kinect settings are correct, Run the Kinect Tuner.
