    Controller keeps moving up/forward by itself


    Recently, my XboxOne controller has been acting up, it keeps moving up/forward by itself. If I use the left analog stick and move in any direction, the up/forward motion stops. Leave it idle for about 5 seconds or more, and it starts moving up again. If
    I use the D-pad in the same way, I won't be able to get the up/forward motion to stop in the same way as I can with the left analog stick.

    Is anyone else here experiencing this issue? If so, did you just replace it? I can't figure out if this is a bug they plan to fix with an update, or a hardware problem. I'd hate to have to buy a new controller, especially since mine is a DayOne controller.

    www.xbox.com/.../codeofconduct    , please let me know where it specifically sais that the comunity cannot suggest fixed of faulty hardware. Did you make this up?

    Same issue for me. I've tried to play through it but that's inpossible for some games.

    Bought a new pad and sent my old one off for a replacement through xbox support.

    Shoddy design and never felt as solid as the 360 pad.

    Same issue here, left analog, Day One edition. Doesn't sound broken, but the click doesn't sound quite the same as the the right analog, was fine for a long time and only just noticed this recently.

    Alright, so I am having the same issue and it started around my last update. At first I thought it was just Warframe, the game in which i first noticed it, but it is happening on every game and or app now. it does has something to do with the firmware update
    on the controller or the console itself, because it was working fine and it doesn't do it on the homescreen, store, or anywhere else for that matter. It even works just fine when used in conjunction with any PC game I want to play. The only issue is in game.
