    Controller keeps disconnecting, Xbox One S


    My xbox controller keeps disconnecting every 30 seconds - two mins for no reason. I had an external hard drive connected and stopped using it after reading that could be apart of the issue but my controller still won’t stay connected. I’ve tried hard resets and soft resets still no results.

    Hello! Thanks for your reply. By reset, do you mean setting it to factory defaults? If it persists, I am afraid there may be a problem on the console.
