Controller keeps disconnecting even after new console and new controller - ??

I am now on my 3rd console as my first had a faulty disc drive and kinect, my second developed a constant controller issue that was disconnecting so Microsoft sent me a new console after I done the following;

Bought a new controller, updated new controller, new batteries, play and charge kit, turned off all wireless devices, moved rooms, switched off tv and all appliances !

So here I am with my replacement xbox one (3rd console) and guess what? It still will not stay connected to my controller ! It will connect if I am 12 inches away but further it just won't stay connected, I have to play with a wired connection.

I think the Xbox one console is a terrible product I. Regards to build and design and in my case I have experienced problem after problem!

Anyone know how to resolve this ? Anyone else getting the same issue?

Controller keeps disconnecting from Xbox One

My controller keeps disconnecting from my xbox. I have bought new controllers and it still disconnects even with the new controller. I have the Day one xbox. Any help will be nice.

 

The controller is subject to any interference but most of these reports are resolved.

Please reply with the batteries that you're using.

Also consider if you're describing disconnections that occur for one second while playing....this appears to be a bug that many are expressing in the forums.

Make sure your controller firmware is updated.

Disregard the stereo adapter but if you have not updated your controller firmware this should fix the problem.

Hi, thanks for the reply... My controllers are both fully updated and I have tried this with sony rechargeable batteries, a game plug and play kit and brand new Duracell batteries.

When it connects it disconnects more or less immediately if I move a metre away and it stays disconnected until I get within a few centimetres away from the console.

 

Still unresolved... I'm using a wired connection now as it's the only way I can play.

This console is seriously problematic... How can Microsoft get it so wrong ? It's time apple entered the console market to teach Microsoft a thing or two !
