Controller issues. Xbox one says "there is noe kontroller via the USB, when there is!

My stereo headset does not work. I guess I have to update my controller. The problem is that my xbox one says "there is no controller via USB. Control that the USB cabel is in the console and the controller, then try again."

But there is a usb cabel in the console and the controller! I've tried different usb cabels, tryed different controllers, tried different USB ports, tried rebooting the xbox (10 sec with the green screen), tried to update with and without the stereo headset
plugged in the controller. But still the same problem. The controller also have full batteries. Ive also tried changing the soundmode.

I can hear a beep sound when changing volume on the stereo head set. Thats all. I have set the chat mixer to "reduce volume of other sounds by 50 %. The partychat headset is set on "headset".

What to do??? Please help me.

Xbox One Controller wont update

When i try to update my controller to use the stereo headset adapter it tells me to plug in the controller using a micro-USB cable from my Xbox one to the controller, however when i do this (using the Micro-USB that came with the official stereo headset
adapter) it still says there is no controller connected via USB, even though there is and i can even take the batteries out at this stage to make sure the micro USB is giving power to the controller and therefore connected and working... Any help?

 

Tried to update Xbox One controller - Failed, never turned back on

The problem is, when I plug in my controller via USB, the controller still doesn't turn on (without batteries). I try to go to the update screen with another controller then plug it in, and it says there is no controller plugged in.

 

The lamp on the usb cabel also indicates that there is an connection (red when charging and green when charged).

I bought the xbox one used from another private person for several months ago. I stil havent managed to update the controller or managed to use the stereo headset.

What to do??? Please help me.

I have tried 2 separate controllers. Same problem.

The cabel works, but only when it comes to charging the battery. Nothing else.

Problem solved with upgrading the controllers (via the pc). Still a problem regarding the headset. I have tried several things. Maybe it is broken. I will try to test it out on a computer or elsevere. Thank you for your help
