Controller Issues - Sent MS Controller and No Progress

Hello gamers,

My Day One Edition controller started feeling loose and falling apart on the right side. So I contacted MS support and sent in my controller (which I had to pay for) for warranty. Now its been over a month with no progress. I have called in a total of 6
times and talked to a supervisor twice. Ever time I talk to them they keep putting me on hold for an average of 45 minutes per call. They all keep saying they have pushed the case as far as they can on their end and they're shocked that its taking this long.
Any idea on who I can contact over their heads? This is ridiculous and should not take this long to send back a controller.

Right now, all I can do is keep calling and getting the same response. I just want my controller back which I paid for. Last time I called the person told me I should have bought another controller in the mean time which is upsetting because I already paid
$500 for the system... This has been a terrible experience. As an original XBOX fan since day one and big MS supporter I was hoping to get treated better than this.

Any advice would be appreciated on what to do next or who to contact.

Day one controller coming apart?

I sent my day one controller for replacement.1 month on and my controller has been lost in the post and MS support keep telling me it's between me and the courier service, even though I paid to send the controller to them and it got to MS, when they sent
it back it never got to me and now I've spent 2 days getting F'ed around by the dodgy courier that MS sent my controller with and MS keep telling me it's my problem, what a joke.I would take the controller back to the place of purchase because if something
goes wrong in the post don't expect any help from MS support.

 

Day One Edition Controller in Repair Facility for over 2 months now.

Same thing sent my day one edition controller awhile ago and it keep still saying order is in progress.

 

I'm having the exact same issue: the sticks in my Day One controller were loose, so I sent it for warranty replacement. No movement at all and it's been over a month. I bought another controller in the meantime because I had to.

 

Have you contacted them recently? I try to call every week and its always the same thing. I need to find out who else I can contact because I need my controller back and the warranty department has not helped at all.
