    I recently decided to update my controller. Everything was going great until half way through the update it said update failed.. I took the sub out of my controller and now my controller won't turn on at all..... Please help me thank you!

    This started happening Before we had the 2nd Xbox. and I did try all of the things that Microsoft suggested although my TV stand is glass.

    Hello,

    Have you tried plugging the controller back into your console and powering it on that way?

    I have the same issue and it sucks because many others like you and I have it, so I made a giant tread so everyone can let their voice be heard at the same place. Simply comment to it to share your complain.

    Fix our controllers - Comment if you have this issue
