    Preview Program Problem

    Hey everyone!

    You should now all have the proper roles to access the Preview Forums. If you are experiencing registration issues with the Preview Program, you will need to make a post in the Preview
    Forum. If you are experiencing an issues related to the preview update, you will need to make a post in the Xbox One Preview Forums. Thanks in advance!

    Enrolled and accepted in Preview program - settings says 6.2.13176.0, but still showing old dash! help!

    Hi there,

    All issues with the preview program will need to be posted in the private preview program forums. Since you cannot access them, you will now need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to those forums.

    As a side note, when you say "booting into the preview dash", it isn't meant to look different from the normal dash.

    Xbox One Update Preview forums now! Click on that link and if you're still not able to visit it create a new thread and let us know.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Since you are participating in the Preview Program, you will need to make a post in the Preview Forums. This way the proper folks can address the
    issue. You should be able to access the Preview Forums now. If you run into an error accessing the forum again, please let us know.
