    Controller issue, website issue, phone issue!!!!


    I recently purchased a xbox one s. After two days the controller kept disconnecting, the right stick wasnt working. Trouble shooted all the basics. Tried to register on microsoft website the issue. I first registered the xbox and when trying to register
    the controller the webpage just rolling errors out! Major Bug.

    i cannot use the code on my controller to register and report as an issue.

    So i decide to try to speak to someone, NOPE again. Website will continue to kick me out and not allow a UK call!

    im frustrated, need actual advice and a working controller!!!

    If it was purchased that recently, you should be able to exchange it with the retailer you purchased it from.

    They say this is a well know microsoft issue and had to be dealt with by then due to it being in a bundle package. I wish it was that easy.

    Is there any way to get rid of the switch, and instead use a router? Switches are "dumb" devices, so they won't be able to independently manage connections. Because of this, they aren't really supported by LIVE.

    Does your DSL type connection require a filter for the phone line? If so, have you tried to replace it?
