Controller issue Not listed in Sticky thread

Hello,

I am greatly disappointed in the performance of the XBOX one in regard to things the 360 had on lock. Parties for one, Being able to send voice messages, but the most critical piece that is frustrating me the most is the controller.

What in the Sam blazes were you trying to accomplish?

Issue: The batteries on the controller need to be replaced due for recharging during COD AW game play while in a party. I am not the party leader. Not in a lobby but at the multiplayer screen.

I replace the batteries as quickly as possible and turn the controller back on. only to have it be disconnected from the machine.

IS there a way to avoid this?, rectify more simply?

Please this must get resolved.

Think of the users perspective...

You are playing in a session and it is going well at least two hours. You have to change your batteries... You Cringe because you do not know if it will succeed! It does not! you now have to cycle the machine, sign back on to the game, ask the party leader
to invite you to the party AND the game(which is also BS) and then you are ready to go again.

JUST TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES!

If you wanted people to go back to the 360 you are succeeding.

Hi there,

I personally have never had any issues when changing batteries while playing a game, i've always been able to return where I was before the batteries went dead and was still in the party etc.

Did it happen once, or does it happen everytime the batteries run out?

The dev team is working on this issue and it will be fixed in an upcoming update.

Because people just post on one thread rather then making their own

The best way to find a solution is to make your own thread and follow the troubleshooting stickies concerning your problem and to post the relative information on steps taken and account settings like region etc

Listed at the bottoms of the stickies I don't have issues with member ship cards are you buying out of region cards?

That would be your issue prepaid cards are region locked
