    Controller isn't properly synced?


    Controller is synced but also isn't? So the light will stay constant saying that its synced but nothing will actually happen. I've tried every method of pairing I can find and nothing will work. The controller is the type with the capture button. This happened after I was playing with the controller on a pc but I have done that before and it worked just fine so I'm honestly at a loss.

    You have to push the sync button on the controller (Next to LB bumper) and the sync button on the front of the Xbox 360 at the same time for the controller to sync properly.

    Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
    controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!

    XBOX ONE controller will not connect wirelessly

    Finally had the chance to to call-in today without getting disconnected. I thought I would add-in this last detail, which wasn't noticed before. I plugged-in my old unit to do a factory reset before returning it. The controller wasn't synced, so I hit the
    sync button on the side of the console and the sync button on the controller. The XBOX logo started flashing in time with that of the controller. This didn't happen on the replacement unit. This leads me to believe that either the sync button on the replacement
    unit isn't working properly, or something internally has malfunctioned. It looks as though, I will be sending in the replacement unit for another replacement. Thanks to everyone for trying to help.
