Controller is still not working

Discus and support Controller is still not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This console has been the worst decision of my life.     Controller is still not working


    This console has been the worst decision of my life. I traded my ps4 which worked fantastically for this console which I thought was the best choice but i've made the wrong decision. After a new console, new controller, and a new headset i'm still having
    my controller disconnect when the headset is used. It usually starts by wierd or cutting out sound or complete loss of sound and after this if you turn off controller it wont work. Not even a different controller will connect. Sometimes unplugging the mic
    or turning the controller off causes this. Their was a thread that obviously alot of people were having this same problem after a certain update and it got locked and considered resolved when I didnt read a single post where they had this resolved. This is
    clearly not hardware malfunction but rather something caused by the updates. Im going to trade this thing back for a PS4 so please spare me the troubleshooting and replacements because i'm tired of trying.

    A button not responding

    hi, the ‘a’ button has stopped working on my controller. Sent it back to where we got it and they sent out another controller. Still not working. Then been and bought a brand new wired controller and still not working. Sons really upset. Please someone,
    help!?!?!

    Headset and wireless controller

    6 week old Xbox one, wireless controller and head set, all working fine and now headset and controller not working together. Checked headset else where and working fine, checked controller and all working, any suggestions please . Have already switched
    off and reset, disconnected controller and re-set already still not worked

    I am assuming you sent your controller for repairs using the service order. The service centre inspects your product upon arrival. If no service is performed (repair or exchange), they’ll return the product and send you info about why the service wasn’t performed.

    Buttons don't work

    I am still having this problem, controller works until it goes to sleep then when I awaken the controller no buttons work to control Netflix. The controller still works to get to Xbox home and functions fine in the menu, just not Netflix. Please help.

    Play and Charge Kit Charger doesn't charge.

    Thanks for the reply Outsider, but still, it's not working. I'm definitely sure that the controllers are fine, it has something to do with the charger. I tried it with all the three controllers, but still none would work with it.
