    Hi everyone,

    I'm a PC player and for some games, I'm using a Xbox 360 controller with a wired system. And for the past 8 months, I've been using 3 different new officials controllers. And past a certain time, approximately a month, they all had the same problem : when
    I'm playing sometimes the controller is disconnecting and is switching to player 2 or is stucked on player 1 and my only solution is to unplug and plus again the controller, wait 5sec to get in and then I can play again until the next failure. If I have the
    bad idea to move my hands or change my posture, you got it : it disconnects. So I may have some patience but when every 2 min, I've got to do this and when I'm playing online, of course, the result is bad.

    I won't even tell that the idea that I must buy a new controller every month is not an option. Maybe you can help me.

    I've downloaded all the stuff (drivers, etc...), checked the data about the controller from the windows' devices manager and everything is fine. Of course, I'm not beating my controller or pulling the wire. I truly am speechless with this problem and I hope
    we will find a solution.

    Thanks a lot. And I've done all the steps told by Microsoft, none of them worked. Hope I could get a refund or a coupon for my next 4th controller of the year.

    Vanguard Controller issue ...

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

    When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?
    I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

    Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
    have a Internet connection set up.

    I miss play GTA V... :(

    Controllers won't stay connected - Xbox Series X

    Updates:

    Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

    Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

    Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.
