Controller input Jack not working

Did you Try Setting up a headset adapter which bypasses
the 3.5mm socket?

Also you may need to Update your controller firmware.
A new update was released recently.

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic – warranty, service & repair
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.

Also, no, previous headsets will not work with he new xbox. the controller input looks like its a mini usb pot instead of the previous jack input

What is this adapter called and does it work on xbox 1 S and 1X wired jack controllers or just the original first generation xbox one (not s not x) non wired jack input controllers adapter

My controller is updated.

I try all steps.

I borrowed controller from my friend to check do headset work on other controller, and work maybe my jack input is broken or something :/
