    Controller inability to sense xbox one


    When I was about to launch a game earlier this morning my controller disconnected and turned itself off. After numerous times of re-trying to turn it back on and changing the batteries I hard restarted the xbox and my controller was able to turn again. (The
    white light came on). But now I have the problem that my controller will not sync with my xbox one. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps. Even when i trying pulling it in with the micro usb the controller works for about 15 seconds then stops working
    again.

    Need some help!

    Rep and lack of common sense

    Due to the floored system in reputation I have just sold my xbox. The floored system and inability to appeal unless you are banned and lack of common sense has drove me to the opposition. I will not be back.

    When it comes to this inability, it can either mean the controller firmware would need to be updated, or the controller may need to be replaced.

    If the controller is up to date, it may mean that the jack on the actual controller is causing issues with recognition, and the controller would need to be replaced.
