Controller home button turns console off xbox1

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox turning off. I recommend to try the following article:

Try this out and let us know the results.

The console is ok not hot and well ventilated but when i use my wireless controller to commence play, and i press the (homex) button on controller it automatically shuts console game down .

I cant press the button at all to get into settings or anything as it shuts down system. Tried my other wireless controller and does the same thing every time !

So frustrating

Are you holding it down until the menu pops up?
