  1. Controller has started drifting up after 2.5 months of use. Please help or replace.

I am trying to get help from the Xbox support team in regards to my controller. I purchased my new xbox one at the end of November 2015, and it had come with the "new" controllers with the 3.5mm headset jack, which were supposedly better than the old ones.

One of my controllers started drifting 2.5 months into its use, and I have checked the forums and tried what was recommended to fix the issue. Short of taking the controller apart myself (which I haven't) due to frustration, I have not been able to have
    the issue fixed.

Another controller, also the "new" one with 3.5mm jack has also begun to have issues. When I have my headset plugged in, I cannot hear any game sound or sound through applications like YouTube, or Netflix. The only sound that comes through is chat when in
a group with a friend. The in-game volume is not turned down or off, and the settings that have the headset volume is turned all the way up and is not muted.

I purchased an Xbox because of their reliability and the fact that my Xbox 360 is 11+ years old and still runs like new, but this is very disappointing with the quality of controllers. Microsoft, please help to fix these issues or replace this controller
    please.

I would like to communicate over email if at all possible as this is an easier form of communication than having to check back on this thread for a reply.

    :)

  3. Controller Drifting

My x one is less than 18 months old. After having to replace my first controller 6 months ago, my new controller has started to do exactly the same thing. Both drift up on the left stick rendering most games unplayable. Why should I have to pay out AGAIN
for another piece of hardware which may or may not last another 6 months. Shame on Microsoft.

Hey Choco! Controllers have a 90 day warranty. Can you setup a repair request at myservice.xbox.com? Other option is to call support to see what can be done for you. Controller has started drifting up after 2.5 months of use. Please help or replace. :) If you need a phone number, just list your country!

I have 2 controllers which are 4 + 5 months old. One was the replacement for a controller with a drifting right stick!

Both controller's left stick are now drifting up! This is either a software issue and or a hardware fault and Microsoft needs to address it! The analogue sticks are not fit for purpose and simply telling people to buy a new controller every few months is
not acceptable. I won't be, I already spend a lot of my hard earned cash on Microsoft products as it is.

The analogue module needs to be addressed and you need to increase the dead zone or at least give users the option in settings to increase it. IT IS RUINING PEOPLES GAMING EXPERIENCE!

They are up to date and have not been abused. Best part about the support centre page is, it doesn't even recognise serial numbers on controllers to register them! Complete joke and rip off!

    Xbox One Controller Drifting Up

My original controller stopped working all together. So i bought the titanfall controller it has the drift up. I put it to the side and bought the call of duty controller as of last night it has started the drift up.all the controllers are the offical Microsoft
licensed controllers. The hard reset has not fixed my issue. Now we as coustomers demand an explination and a way of getting items fixed or replaced. Please help the Xbox one become great and help your customers with getting fixed or replaced controllers.
