    my xbox elite controller series 2 RB button is double pressing and it doesnt account for when i press it it works sometimes but not always. also it just doesnt account for when in holding it down like im cooking a grenade and im still holding it and it
    just lets go for no reason. i have gone past the warrenty and ive already had a problem with it. is there a way i could send my controller in to get fixed???

    Unfortunately if the controller won´t power on after performing a power cycle and updating the firmware it is probably having some malfunction

    What you have described seems to be a hardware malfunction on the controller. How recent was the purchase of the controller? If it was recent, you can go to support.xbox.com/contact-us and if the warranty on the controller is valid still (meaning it was
    a recent purchase and you haven't opened the controller up), you can send it into Xbox to get repaired. Hope this helped.
