Controller glitching, xbox one freezing

Help! In the last 2 weeks, my controllers have started glitching. It's not a single one, it's all of them. Especially when using Amazon prime or Netflix. It will only allow me to select every other option, whether I'm changing movie choices horizontally
or categories vertically. Also, when I come across a screen where I can "type" in my selection (i don't have a chatpad), my cursor spazzes and runs itself in high-speed circles over the letters, not letting me type in anything at all.

The system has been freezing as well, which should be as simple as just resetting the system, but ive done that several times and the freezing is still an issue too. I didn't pay this much money for something to run no better than my original Nintendo.

Are there any fixes or do I need to just see what I can have done under the warranty?

Xbox One S Keep crashing after few minutes of use since October update....

I have almost the same Issue on the standard Xbox one ever since the last update crashing freezing glitching having to power cycle as Xbox becomes unresponsive to controller.

notice sometimes if you hold home button and select turn off Xbox it locks up and wont shut down turn on or anything just the turn off controller or Xbox screen stuck and unresponsive end up power cycling think up to my 20th power cycle sinse the update
grrrrrr.

For people with Fallout 4, have any of you come across the framerate issue?

I've run into a weird glitch with the power armor and now two sets instead of one, but no freezing/frame rate issues.

Please try doing a hard reset like this. Please follow the directions exactly. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power
cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know if it helps. Good Luck!

It could depend on the house you're in like in lakeview manor it has a freeze glitch everytime you enter and your kids approach when you it will freeze and you would have to restart your xbox so try another house the one in the pale seems to be glitch
free so far

My controller with TB XO Sevens dies absolutely every single time I play. Sometimes it freezes within five minutes of playing and then four to ten more times within an hour, and other times it freezes once in an hour. Without fail, it fails. Xbox One has
had SO many glitches my buddy is threatening selling his system and that would mean I would have to do the same. We play daily on Xbox Live and have for years, but it is one headache after another. Xbox sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
